絵を描いた時の忘備録です。同じ失敗を繰り返さないために。Memos about my works and personal experience for making better pictures
I made a brief sketch by the Kosuge river in Yamanashi prefecture.
It is like an illustration. I like this kind of picture, but my wife does not.
It is often good not to depict the details of the background. I should not use many vivid colors on a high-contrast motif.
Albireo is made from pulp and is the cheapest among Holbein's papers. It cannot hold much water but "Lift out" is easier.
I should set the horizon carefully in seascapes. Clester is the second cheapest among Holbein's papers and has enough quality for watercolors.
